Prescriptions & Ordering Remedies
I will send all prescriptions via whatsapp or email for your records.
Purchasing remedies
You can purchase the Homeopathic Remedies from a local Homeopathic Pharmacy. I use Helios or Ainsworth in the UK, both will post the prescriptions directly to you. You can call, email or order online. If you order from Helios by midday, the remedies will generally arrive the following morning to a UK address. If you are overseas do check if Helios will post to your country, but you may also prefer to source your remedies locally.
Call Helios Homeopathic Pharmacy on their order line: 01892 537254 or Email: order@helios.co.uk
Ordering Service
I am happy to order your remedies & arrange delivery for you.
How to administer Homeopathic remedies:
- Tip the remedy into the cap and place under yours / your child’s tongue
- Then suck, crunch or chew!
- For a child or baby, you can crush the remedy (pill) between two spoons and administer some of the powder or crumbs on the inside of their lip. Don’t worry if they spit it out again, once in the mouth (for any amount of time) the remedy will be assimilated.
- Do not eat, drink (particularly strong flavours eg peppermint) or brush teeth 15 minutes before or after taking the remedy
- If you spill the remedies, don't put them back in the bottle
- Store away from mobile phones, direct sunlight and strong smelling products
Nutritional Supplements
I may recommend nutritional supplements. I have a discount code at the Natural Dispensary which you are welcome to use ZHS015. They stock some Homeopathy, but not the full range.
If you have any queries at all, please don’t hesitate to contact me, otherwise I look forward to meeting you.
Lastly, below is a medical disclaimer FYI.
Best wishes,
